Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Mannhit Vacations Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide you with the best travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for our services.


Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer service. The date of the cancellation request will be considered the date we receive your communication.
  2. Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation:
    • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of ₹2500 Per Person.
    • 60 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
    • 30 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued.
  3. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, and special event bookings, may be non-refundable as per the provider's policy.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7 to 12 business days after approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
  2. Approval: Refunds will be approved based on our review of the cancellation request and any applicable fees.

Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or changes. This can provide additional protection for your travel investment.


Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
